Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of frndHub — the mobile app, website, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using frndHub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What frndHub is

frndHub is a companionship platform for one-on-one online conversations. Features include profiles, companion discovery, one-on-one text messaging, and one-on-one audio and video calls. frndHub does not provide group chats, photo/video sharing in messages, or group calls. We may change, add, or remove features at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your country) to use frndHub. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

4. Your account and content

You are responsible for activity under your account and for content you post or share. You grant frndHub a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content only as needed to operate and improve the Service. Do not share content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, sexually exploitative of minors, fraudulent, or that infringes others' rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Spam, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Attempt to access accounts or systems without permission
• Use frndHub for unlawful commercial solicitation
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe put others at risk.

6. Purchases and no refunds

Some features of frndHub may be offered for a fee (for example, subscriptions, credits, or in-app purchases). All purchases are final. No refunds are possible under any circumstances, including unused balances, change of mind, accidental purchases, account deletion, or loss of access due to Terms violations — except where mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact Support. Platform store rules (Apple App Store, Google Play) may also apply to purchases made through those stores.

7. Privacy

How we collect and use information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using frndHub, you acknowledge that policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that a companion will be available, or that other users will behave appropriately. To the fullest extent permitted by law, frndHub disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, frndHub and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you have not paid).

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of frndHub after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If a change is material, we will try to provide reasonable notice.
